Not only general quality analysis on generic pesticide, but also use HPLC-MS, GC-MS and other equipments to identify different impurities to study the influence of different process and different suppliers in the final product application.
In the technical product, Physta pays close attention to technology details such as intermediate purity, synthesis procedure control, and different kind of solvent used in refining. Purity, crystal figure, additive models and suppliers are our focus on formulated products. Supplied products will be rigorously checked for specialization.
As we all know, many pesticide formulations were created by crude product or mother liquid, not by refined material. There are lots of impurities including hazardous substances in this kind of formulation, these impurities will reduce the efficacy and are more unstable in storage. By analyzing these impurities, Physta could determine if the formulation is correctly refined, and furthermore, predict whether bag expansion, agglomeration, turbidity, delamination are likely to happen.
